At Unlockers Cloud we strive to provide high-quality services. We understand that sometimes things don't go as expected, so we offer clear and fair refund policies for each type of service.
2. Refunds by Service Type

3. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to soporte@1lockers.net with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your name, account email and invoice number
- Briefly explain the reason for your request
- You will receive a response within 24-48 business hours
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed by the same payment method used
- Processing time is 5-10 business days
- Card payments: refund will appear on next statement
- MercadoPago payments: will be credited to your MercadoPago account
