Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Unlockers Cloud services ("we", "our" or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Unlockers Cloud offers the following services:

  • Web Hosting: Shared web hosting and VPS services
  • Web Design: Website and online store development
  • Digital Marketing: SEO, advertising and social media services
  • Digital Presence: AI-powered landing page creation
  • Consulting: Technology consulting and software development

3. Registration and Account

To access certain services, you must register an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Distributing malware, viruses or malicious code
  • Sending spam or unsolicited mail
  • Infringing third-party intellectual property rights
  • Hosting illegal, defamatory or hate-inciting content
  • Performing denial of service attacks (DDoS)
  • Mining cryptocurrencies without express authorization

5. Payments and Billing

Prices are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP) unless otherwise indicated. Payments are processed through MercadoPago and other secure payment providers.

  • Services are billed in advance according to the selected cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Prices may change with 30 days prior notice
  • Non-payment may result in service suspension

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You fail to make corresponding payments
  • Your use negatively affects other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos and materials of Unlockers Cloud are protected by copyright. Content you create using our services remains your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlockers Cloud will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

9. Availability Guarantee (SLA)

We strive to maintain 99.9% availability on our hosting services. In case of non-compliance, credits will apply according to our SLA policy.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bucaramanga, Santander.
